#Getting Started

  1. Go to zapier.com and sign in
  2. Create a new Zap
  3. Search for Polyform as the trigger app
  4. Select New Response as the trigger event
  5. Connect your Polyform account
  6. Choose the form you want to trigger from
  7. Set up your action (e.g., add a row to Google Sheets, create a contact in HubSpot)
