Email Notifications

Set up email notifications to receive form responses directly in your inbox.

#Setting Up

1. Open your form's Integrations tab
2. Click Email Notifications
3. Add the email addresses that should receive notifications
4. Save

#What's Included

Each notification email contains:

• Form name and submission timestamp
• All question responses
• A link to view the response in the Polyform dashboard

#Multiple Recipients

You can add multiple email addresses to receive notifications. All recipients will receive every submission.
