Invite and manage your team.

Polyform is built for teams. Invite your team members to collaborate on forms together.

#Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings in the dashboard
  2. Click Team Members
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  4. Select their role
  5. Click Invite

#Roles

OwnerFull access, billing, team management
MemberCreate and edit forms, view responses

#Removing Members

To remove a team member:

  1. Go to Settings > Team Members
  2. Click the menu next to the member's name
  3. Select Remove
